The intersection of Howe Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento has again made the list of the most dangerous intersections in the Unoted States. It is believed that this intersection has become very dangerous because of booming population growth and slow infrastructure improvements.

The study, conducted by State Farm Insurance, found that 25% of all deadly collisions occurred at intersections during the study year of 1999.
