Youll also meet and get to know our staff well, including Kurt, Christine, Tami, Robert, Rachel, Dinora, Terrie and Katria. While we’re a business and are very serious about our clients cases, we also work together as a family and you’ll likely get to know us all.

Our firm is bulit on close relations between Mr. Smith, our staff and our clients. We take pride in getting to know who you are, how you lived your life before your injury and how your injury has afftected you, your family and your work and social activities.

If we work together, you can expect we’ll get to know each other very well. Insurance companies rarely offer
fair settlements early in the case, no matter how serious the injury. In order to represent you well, we’ll need to know a lot about your medical and social history, and your family and friends.

We’re not, by any means, a stodgy, impersonal firm. You can expect that we will treat you with respect, help you find support groups to help with healing and understanding, and be by your side all the way….either through settlement or through trial.

We will keep you in the loop at all times and do our very best to maximize the value of your case.

Our offices accept California personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis only.

What this means is that we are only paid a fee for attorney services when we actually collect money on a client’s behalf, and that the fee we receive is a specific percentage of the money recovered.

Unlike some Personal Injury law firms, if we take a case, we do not normally charge a fee on any of the property damage monies recovered.

And in no circumstances do we ever net more in fees than our clients net after medical bills and costs. This is not the practice at most other personal injury firms.

We’ll be straightforward about the positives and possible challenges in your case and our past clients are always available to let you know their experience with us. Just ask us.

We look forward to hearing from you. Write now and we’ll set up a prompt no obligation appointment.
